Meditation Monday: Grateful Living 

Being grateful may not come easy to most of us. We sometimes lead chaotic lives, and get stuck in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It took a while for me to shift perspective and incorporate gratitude into my daily life.

Gratitude completely changed my life. I have found that people who are grateful are a joy to be around. Gratitude can shift negative perceptions and turn a bad situation into a lesson.

What I like to do before bedtime is meditate and write down a few things I am grateful for.

Start by writing every night and pretty fast you will notice gratitude jumping off the page and into your daily life. There is always something to be grateful for.

My journals usually look like this:

“I am grateful for my blog because it allows me to spread positivity to my readers.”


“I am grateful for my car for allowing to get to work and school.”

Take a page out of Louise L. Hay’s book and start incorporating gratefulness today!
