Halloween will be here in a couple of days. I know right, where did October go? As much as I love late-night stomachaches from candy overload (oops), there's another aspect to Halloween that I love. Halloween movies! I plan on spending this weekend with my boyfriend watching Halloween movies and the new season of Stranger … Continue reading My Favorite Halloween movies
In honor of #NationalCoffeeDay, I decided to dedicate a blog post to my liquid bestie, COFFEE. My relationship with coffee started at 13. I was obsessed with Starbucks' Frappucinos and would have about three Caramel Fraps per week. After high school, I went from basic to healthy and nixed liquid sugar from my list. (Oh, … Continue reading National Coffee Day |Benefits of Coffee

I had been here once before for a close friend's birthday, but for less than two hours. I didn't get to enjoy the … Continue reading Fun Day at Malibu Wines
Although I don't love the physical aspect of exercising as much as I wish I did, I do love how my body and mind feel afterwards. I mainly do yoga for my mental sanity, and the physical aspect is an added bonus. Here and there I'll go to gym, on runs, or even quick 20 … Continue reading Why We Should Get Moving…
"The beginning of your day is a fantastic place to plant the seed"- Kathryn Budig Waking up each morning in a good mood doesn't come naturally to everyone, including me.
