Anxiety sucks, but it can happen to anyone. I tend to get anxious whenever it comes to school work. For some reason having a teacher judging your intelligence is worse than having a micro managing boss with cheesy one-liners and bad breath. Now that I’m in my last semester of college, I have to write a dreaded 25 page paper with less than 15 grammatical errors. The mere thought of this paper makes me want to barf, give up and take a nap. Well since some things in life are totally inevitable, I wanted to share a few mantras (words to live by) that I love to say to myself during stressful times. Also, you should take naps if feasible.
-Do anything that sets your soul on fire.
-Don’t settle for less, remember what you deserve.
-Embrace the uncertainty.
-Train yourself to find the blessing to everything.
-Some days are going to be harder than others, but you must remember to keep your head up always.
-We have the power within us to create our own success in life, don’t let anything hold you back.
-Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny.
-It is up to you, to design the life you want.
I’m all about embracing the uncertainty, but is it May yet?.. lol
