A happy balance in all relationships, especially the one with ourselves brings peace of mind. It is perfectly normal to feel off balance every now and then. By noticing these unbalances, we become aware of what our body and/or mind needs. A mind that won’t stop racing at night can definitely benefit from a gentle yoga class or journaling. Usually journaling makes me feel better, when my mind won’t turn itself off. I write all my thoughts down on a piece of paper and express gratitude for all the struggles I’m facing because without them I would not be able to grow as a person. After I do this I always realize that everything has a solution and my challenges no longer feel heavy, I am back in balance and ready to receive all the abundant gifts life has for me.
